• You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery

• To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include photos so we can quickly resolve the issue

 

 

Exchanges

 

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

 

 

Refund Process

 

• Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

 

 

Subscriptions

 

• Subscription orders must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date

• Orders already processed cannot be refunded
